Popis:	By means of the presentation of several cases of Stylohyoid Complex partially or totally ossified, the authors emphasize in the necessity to have in mind this diagnosis in every patient with craniofacial pains, although it is in sometimes a casual radiological finding in a asymptomatic patient. The normal exploration of the tonsillar area and the reproduction of the symptoms are the more secure and faster diagnosis methods which are, ratified by radiological systems.
