[Giant thymic lipoma: anatomical, radiologic and clinical aspects]

Popis:	We report the case of a 51-year-old man who presents with worsening dyspnea at exercise caused by a large thymic lipoma (6 kg). We present the clinical, radiological, and spiral CT scan features of this rare and benign tumor and correlate them with the pathologic findings.
