[Pyolaryngocele: a rare cause of respiratory distress]

Popis:	Pyolaryngocele is an unusual diagnosis, occurring as a complication of a laryngocele, witch may be discovered because of an episode of acute respiratory distress needing urgent medical care. This is a case report with confirmation of the diagnosis by CT scan, which needed surgical treatment.
