Popis:	The results of Chijevsky's study of correlation between solar activity maxima and social disturbances are confirmed now using modern technology and large historical data. There are some other evidences of the reality this relation. The main conclusion is that the creation of new philosophy of history is necessary taking into account natural data's sciences.
