Popis:	The author presents a case of isthmocervical myoma coupled with endometrial adenocarcinoma and hematometra in a 70-year-old patient. The correct diagnosis was established on the material obtained at surgery. The operation was technically complicated and carried out in an atypical manner. The causal relationship between estrogen and the appearance of endometrial adenocarcinoma and uterine myoma is discussed.
