| Popis: | Sexually transmitted genital ulcer diseases include herpes simplex, chancroid, granuloma inguinale, lymphogranuloma venereum, and syphilis. Each of these infections has a characteristic clinical picture, but an accurate diagnosis usually requires the support of laboratory tests. The diagnosis will determine the appropriate therapy as well as sexual partner management. |
