[Prognostic significance for disability of catatono-delusional and catatonic psychoses in epilepsy patients]

Popis:	Examination of 145 epileptic patients revealed the clinical characteristics of the formation of psychoses with the predominance of catatonic disturbances. The latter correlated with a paroxysmal and chronic course of psychosis. When catatonic symptomatology was combined with chronic affective-delirious disorders the outcome was usually more favourable than in paroxysmal psychoses.
