Popis:	There are defined indications for the acute pharmacological management of AV-nodal reentry tachycardias, AV reentry tachycardias and for the acute and chronic ventricular rate control in atrial fibrillation. Possible indications arise for the chronic pharmacologic therapy of AV reentry tachycardias, pharmacological cardioversion and prophylaxis of atrial fibrillation. In future there will be a trend towards nonpharmacological management of atrial arrhythmias.
