Popis:	Mycotic aneurysms on the branches of vertebro basilar artery are rare. A patient of infective endocarditis with mycotic aneurysm on the posterior cerebral artery is described. The aneurysm resolved with medical therapy. Controversies regarding the management of mycotic aneurysms are discussed.
