The experiments were carried out on 18 dogs weighted from 5 to 7 kg. The urinary bladder wall was subjected to the cauterization with laser 8 w over the period of 8 minutes. The damaged area of the opening of the right ureter consisted of 12-13 cm2. The dogs have been periodically studied from 10 minutes after the procedure up to 60 days. Changes in the right kidney, wall of the right ureter and small intestine were revealed. More considereble alterations were observed in the first 24 hours. A turbid swelling of canaliculi epithelium, edema and plethora of interstice, Boumen-Shumlyansky's capsule enlargement were revealed. The right ureter and small intestinum were found edematous, plethoric, bleeding, having epithelium desquamated. |
