[Deletion (7)(p11p15): an infrequent abnormality in blast crisis in chronic myeloid leukemia]

Popis:	We report a patient with chronic myelocytic leukaemia (CML) in blastic crisis with a del (7) (p11 p15) in addition to the Philadelphia chromosome. A potential relationship between the presence of this deletion and the therapy in chronic phase is suggested.
