Popis:	The mathematical model of Coburn, Forster, and Kane (2) was investigated for use in estimating carboxyhemoglobin concentrations resulting from transient carbon monoxide exposures. The model proved useful in estimating the probable pattern of carbon monoxide exposures in two fatal cases. In each circumstance, using the predictive capabilities of the model in the reconstruction of events, the obvious source of exposure could be absolved.
