Tumors of the parapharyngeal space are not very common. The case with big tumor of the parapharyngeal space was described, primary misdiagnosed as the tumor of the parapharyngeal tonsil and then as the tumor of the soft palate. The tumor was removed finally from the external parotido-cervical approach. |
