Popis: The aim of this study was to describe the emergence in Nepal of clinical isolates of Klebsiella pneumoniae harboring both blaSix clinical isolates of K. pneumoniae highly resistant to carbapenems and aminoglycosides were obtained from inpatients in Nepal.
