Popis:	A new technique has been developed to implant or exchange an anterior chamber or iris supported lens with a posterior chamber lens during penetrating keratoplasty. The posterior chamber intraocular lens is suspended by suturing the haptics into the ciliary sulcus rather than to the iris.
