Popis:	The vulvar region is one of the sites of predilection for granular cell myoblastomas, tumours now proven to originate from Schwann cells. Considered to be a benign tumor, malignant changes have been suspected. Wide excision is therefore recommended. Three cases of vulvar granular cell myoblastoma are reported.
