Popis:	Hop latent virus diagnostic of the hop gardens of the modern varieties in Ukraine has been made. Biomolecular diagnosticum has been developed using own primers and conditions for PCR method in combination with classical techniques of biological testing, electron microscopy and double strain RNA extraction from the infected plants.
