Popis:	Spontaneous dissection of a cervical vertebral artery secondary to fibromuscular hyperplasia is uncommon, is often painful, and may be followed after a latent interval by further symptoms of embolism, occlusion, or hemorrhage. Accordingly, the lesion is potentially hazardous and warrants treatment when recognized.
