Popis:	Synthetic cannabinoid WIN-55,212-2 produces a dose-dependent decrease on the TNF-alpha production by LPS-stimulated human mononuclear cells in vitro. The most pronounced inhibition of the TNF-alpha synthesis was observed for a drug concentration of 10 microM.
