[A woman with a seat belt sign after a car accident]

Popis:	A 48-year-old woman presented with a cervicothoracic seat belt sign after a car accident as a front seat passenger. The CT scan showed right common carotid artery dissection with a pseudoaneurysm, a right clavicle fracture, sternal fracture, multiple rib fractures left and a laceration of the spleen. She did not develop any neurologic deficits.
