| Popis: | ESWL is a suitable modality for the management of lithiasis caused by RTA, especially in case of renal or ureteric stones. Smash of calculi in ducts of Bellini is worthy to be considered if the fragments can get into the renal pelvic space and the renal function improve. At present it is still a matter of discussion. |
