Popis: In mining sector, the natural presence of radon determines an exposition which deserves substantive consideration. The results of radon measure from '90 years in a talc mining show levels of radon below to the threshold limit of 400 Bq/m3, values influenced from air forced systems. The epidemiologic studies updated in a cohort of talc workers between 1946 and 1995 showed no excess for lung cancer mortality. No excess was found for lung cancer mortality in miners exposed to low dose of radon.
