Popis:	Results of surgical treatment of 214 patients with trauma of the liver are analyzed. The diagnostic value of laparoscopy and urgent dynamic ultrasound investigation is emphasized. Prognostic scale ISS was used for assessment of injury severity. Structure of hepatic trauma and posttraumatic complications is analyzed. The ways of optimization of diagnosis and treatment are determined.
