A case of Fraley's syndrome is described. Intermittent nephralgia was the presenting symptom. The diagnosis was made on the radiologic finding of obstruction of the infundibulum arising from vascular compression. The diagnostic and therapeutic aspects of this uncommon cause of obstruction of the infundibulum are discussed. |
