Popis: Influence of different concentrations of D2O upon T-cells of mice in different physiological states of organism was investigated. We have found out, that D2O increases membrane potential (MP) of T-cells in control organism and decreases MP of cells in organisms, where inflammatory process takes place (common reaction to damage, CRD). Volume of T-cells decreases in all states of organism. Influence of large concentrations of D2O (more than 5%) is similar to influence of ouabain. Difference between control and CRD disappears in 100% D2O. We have made a suggestion, that D2O (less than 5%) is the modifier of physiological states of organism.
