Popis: Colchicine was shown to decrease the afferent spontaneous unit activity frequency as well as the number of small terminal receptor plates (5 mu) increasing, however, the number of large ones (10-25 mu) in frogs. Colchicine seems to act on neurolemma rather than on cytoplasmic microtubules.
