To describe a case of erythema elevatum diutinum (EED) that clinically mimicked extensive keloids.Upon completion of this activity, dermatologists and general practitioners should be able to: 1. Describe the clinical presentation and lesion appearance in EED. 2. Discuss the electron microscopic and laboratory findings of EED. 3. Outline treatment options for EED.
