The level of glycated hemoglobin (GH) measured by the Diabetic test colorimetric method did not depend on the compensation. On the other hand, its level was increased in diabetes mellitus decompensation in comparison with subcompensation, if isoelectrofocussing of the studies hemolysates was carried out prior to colorimetry. Study of colorimetric migration of hemolysates showed that they were represented by a background which could distort the results. |
