| Popis: | The suggested rapid method is based on a modification of the microlymphocytotoxic test. The results of a single-stage variant of microlymphocytotoxic test with monoclonal antibodies to T and B cell determinants and subclasses thereof and to NK cells were similar to the results of standard immunofluorescent method, this giving grounds for clinical use of rapid immunodiagnostic method. |
