The principle for a consulting system ensuring selection of a "theoretically optimal" antibiotic or antibacterial drug combination for the treatment of severe pyo-septic conditions in critically ill patients is described. The system is an addition to an automated case history, which ensures its efficacy. The algorithms are based on the analysis of the literary data and the results of many years of studying microorganisms in infectious foci. |
