Popis:	With over 101,000 people currently on the waiting list for a kidney transplant, innovative solutions are needed to expand the number of available donor organs. This article describes the experience of one transplant center in using living donor paired exchanges and donor swaps to result in a chain of 28 kidney transplant recipients in the past year.
