Popis:	Covering large osteo-fascio-cutaneous defects after debridement often calls for elaborate soft tissue reconstruction. Large tissue loss or structural damage that requires distinct repair is rarely coverable by a single conventional flap. Here, we report the case of serial flap coverage using sequentially connected fibular and latissimus dorsi free flaps.
