| Popis: | A case of right upper lobe broncholithiasis is reported in a 50 years old smoker man. The first diagnosis was bronchial carcinoma but the diagnosis was made finally by fiberoptic bronchoscopy and scannography. The outcome remains favourable without treatment. The value of scannography for diagnosis and follow-up is underlined. |
