The activity of vegetative reception, immunological reactivity, and glucocorticoid provision was studied in 196 patients with bronchial asthma who were admitted for operative treatment. The authors devised the principle of the stage-by-stage impairment of the activity of vegetative reception, immunological reactivity, and glucocorticoid provision during the formation of bronchial asthma and distinguished six types of neuroimmune interrelations. On the basis of these six types they suggest pathogenetically substantiated indications for various methods of surgical treatment of patients with bronchial asthma. |
