Popis:	Investigation of the vegetative nervous system (VNS) state according to ratio of the sympathetic and parasympathetic parts activity in patients with acute appendicitis, strangulated hernia, perforative ulcer was conducted. There were revealed significant VNS tone disorders before and after operation with signs of sympathicotony or parasimpathicotony, which needed to be corrected in complex of treatment of the patients.
