Popis:	The aorta--left ventricle tunnel echocardiographic image was discussed basing on the own case. Most useful projections in cardiac defect assessment were presented as well as a value of Doppler examination in hemodynamic disorders estimation and differential diagnostics of this rare, congenital anomaly.
