Changes in Ca2(+)-ATPase activity were studied in leucocytic fraction of patients with varying forms of acute leukemia at different stages of the disease. It has been shown that Ca ion concentration increase in the medium of leukemic cell incubation leads to a growth of Ca2(+)-ATPase activity in them, the level of which correlates with the form of acute leukemia, the stage and severity of the clinical course of the disease. |
