The association of long-term persistence of circulating immune complexes in blood flow with their deposits in the lung in 54.4% of cases and with morphological reactions of cellular and tissue structures, with the functional status of the immune system and with the progression of a tuberculous process, which was found immunohistochemical, immunological, and light microscopic studies in 68 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis, and the high reproducibility of lung-damaging effects of immune complexes in the experiment suggest that the immune complex pathological mechanism is involved into the pathogenesis of progressive pulmonary tuberculosis. |
