Popis: To investigate the protective effect of high-density lipoprotein (HDL) on the mice cardiac myocytes induced by oxygen and glucose deprivation (OGD).Cardiac cells of primary scavenger receptor-B1 knockout mice (SR-B1(1) In SR-B1HDL has protective effect on the mice myocardial cells. The mechanism may be related with the up regulation of the expression of SR-B1 protein by the activation of PI3K/Akt pathway.
