| Popis: | Two cases of pituitary apoplexy occurring after spinal anaesthesia are described. Both presented with headache and III par palsy, one of them with additional visual disturbance and hyponatremia. A bibliographical review has been done, looking for early diagnostic keys. We propose the arterial hypotension as a possible pathogenetic mechanism of pituitary adenoma apoplexy. |
