| Popis: | A modified method for the determination of red cell membrane permeability for sodium and potassium monovalent ions is described. The described modification essentially cuts down the time of investigation and accelerates potassium ion transport. Instead of ouabain, an imported reagent, strophanthin K glycoside manufactured in the USSR is used in the test. |
