Popis:	Functional renal scans proved to be useful in assessing changes in renal function (progression and regression) in a patient with Goodpasture's syndrome. Perfusion lung scintigraphy revealed extensive, but circumscribed, areas of reduced activity. This scintigraphic phenomenon indicates reduced capillary perfusion in the lungs, paralleling the appearance of the radiograph.
