Popis: The case is presented of a 51-year old male patient with a history of blunt trauma in the frontal region and a one-year history of vision loss, proptosis and paresis of the lateral rectus muscle of the right eye. A right ethmoid and bilateral sphenoid mucocele was diagnosed. Surgical excision is the treatment of choice, and early intervention is indicated to prevent complications.
