Popis:	A 53-year-old man presented with femoral metastasis from a renal carcinoma. Four months after bone curettage and fixation and nephrectomy, a large recurrence of the metastasis was resected en bloc with the proximal femur and a megaprosthesis inserted. Six years later he is well and physically active.
