[Perforation of duodenal ulcer in the puerperium--a case report]

Popis:	The authors present a case of perforated duodenal ulcer in the puerperium at a patient who underwent Ceaserian section. Urgently 12 hours after the perforation relaparotomy was made. The exit of the illness depends on the precise and early diagnosis and subsequent surgical treatment.
