Popis:	The profile of toxoplasmosis was studied among the inhabitants of two different localities in Dakahlia in relation to age, sex, occupation and contact with animals and/or birds. The total percentage of seropositive Toxoplasma antibodies using Dot-ELISA was 23.8%. The seropositivity rate was higher among the inhabitants of the village particularly in those in contact with farm animals. The results are discussed.
