The article discusses the results of using the activated coagulation time in hemosorption for the first time to determine the level of heparinization in 60 patients with obstructive jaundice and myasthenia++. The method made it possible to control the blood heparinization level during hemosorption, reduce the dose of heparin administered before the perfusion to 1.2-1.5 mg/kg, prevent the development of thrombosis in the mass exchanger and, simultaneously, avoid the neutralization of heparin with protamine sulphate. |
