Ethylene glycol is the main component of antifreeze, due to its special sweetness, it is easy to cause misuse. In this paper, the clinical data of 4 cases of acute ethylene glycol poisoning admitted to Beijing Chao-Yang Hospital from August 2016 to August 2021 were retrospectively analyzed to explore the clinical characteristics of acute ethylene glycol poisoning cases. Early and accurate assessment of the disease and early hemodialysis treatment is the key to cure acute ethylene glycol poisoning.乙二醇作为防冻剂等的主要成分，由于其特殊的甜味，易引起误服。本文通过分析2016年8月至2021年8月北京朝阳医院收治的4例急性乙二醇中毒病例的临床资料，探讨急性乙二醇中毒病例的临床特征。尽早准确评估病情，早期血液透析治疗是救治急性乙二醇中毒的关键。. |
