In the experiments on 40 pregnant white rats, the authors used electron microscopy for the assessment of structural renal changes in the dams and their fetuses, which had occurred in generalized decompensated thrombogenesis resulted from massive heterohemotransfusion. The common coagulative origin was established for the lesions in dams and fetuses, which appeared as disseminated microthrombosis, degenerated interstitial connective tissue and cell structures. |
