Popis:	The energetics of Pb(II) ion binding to DNA was determined from their binding isotherms by equilibrium dialysis and atomic absorption spectroscopy at different ionic strengths. Two types of binding of Pb(II) ions to DNA at different NaCl concentrations were observed.
